Cancellation requests of a workshop should be made at least 2 business days prior to the start of the workshop.

For all cancellations complying with the above stipulation, a refund of 50% of the price of the product will be made by us within 30 days from the cancellation date.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase. If paid through net banking, refunds will be made directly to the bank provided at the time of purchase.
Requests received later than 2 business days prior to the start of the workshop will not be entertained by us.
